Not getting exact problem weather its a depression or anxiety or stress but problem is its difficult to remember things like person names ,some words, suddenly 'll become blank for not getting proper words to say , no concentration is dat I m suffering from dementia or Alzheimer ... to much things 'll be running in mind ... don't know exact problem feeling like memory prob from past 4 months

The chances of dementia or Alzheimer is in your age group is not there.
The Symptoms describe by you can be due to some medical conditions ( as Thyroid dysfunction, diabetes etc) as well as from Depression or burn out.
