Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your health . It seems that you are undergoing some stress which is causing these memory issues . Alzheimer's and dementia are geriatric problems and are not observed in your age group. It is advisable that you practice some memory and concentration improving activities such as --regular meditation and exercise can help in clearing the thoughts , try and download some memory games on your phone , set reminders and alarms for important tasks , try and practice deep breathing when you feel you are going blank and slowly count till 100 to regain your concentration. Try and talk to close family members and friends and engage in various activities to keep yourself occupied. It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through which you can learn healthy coping skills and strategies. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
