Hi I am presently having medications for h pylori infection of stomach and presently on 5th day of medication. I am feeling feverish and having body pains. Is it safe to have paracetamol while taking antibiotics. Or how much gap is to be there between medications. H pylori medications which I am taking are Esomeprazole 40mg, Metronidazole 400mg, Doxycyline 100mg and Colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120mg - All tablets twice daily

Take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 1 week. 2- Tab Flagyl 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 3- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 4- Syp Aristozyme 2 time per day for 3 days after food . 5- Syp Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity and immunity.
