You can take BP medicines along with vitamin supplements. But make sure to give a gap of half an hour to 45mins between allopathy and ayurvedic medicines. Ayurveda medicines will take time only when the disease is old. If your disease is new then it acts faster
Next Steps
continue with the medicines for another 21 days. you will definitely see results.
Health Tips
consult your ayurvedic doctor first.

With in one week you won’t get any results in this particular case. U can take the allopathy medicine along with ayurveda for a time frame . Regarding your Hypertension you need to check ur blood Pressure for minimum 4-5 days and can send the details here to evaluate. Mean time u can follow less salt diet, proper sleep , proper exercise , intake sufficient water etc . List of Ayurvedic medicines u r taking is good but I can advice Ayurvedic panchakarma treatment for minimum 14 to 21 days can give u good result.
Next Steps
Maintain a blood pressure chart .
Health Tips
