Hi
I need a medical certificate stating my father is paralysed(he is a back history patient) with which I need to get relieved from my current job in Tanzania else they wouldn't relieve me for the next opportunity which I hav got.kindly help

This certificate can be given by a doctor only after seeing your father, going through all the reports , and ensuring that you are indeed his daughter.

Consult a general physician physically with your dad in your place.... Giving medical certificate through tele consultation is crime.
