I have been reading about intermittent fasting as a lifestyle where I will fast for 16 hours and I will have an 8 hour eating window,ie., from 12pm to 8pm. Please note I will be eating all of my caloric requirement and not skipping any meals. Therefore,u want to ask you if it is advisable to adopt this way of eating permanently instead of having the traditional 3 meals a day
