Maybe failed contraception :
If someone had intercourse on around their ovulation days (period last date 5th, intercourse on 16th) then had emergency contraceptive within 12 hours because of the fear of failure of a condom, not knowing if there was any ejaculation. And there is a bleeding after 10-12 days, is it a withdrawal bleeding or how to go about it.

The bleeding is withdrawal bleed which is an effect of the contraceptive pill. The risk reduces if that has taken place but is not totally zero.So if next month periods are delayed it's better to do a urine pregnancy test.

It is withdrawal bleeding. However you should get your urine pregnancy test done three weeks after the date of intercourse.

Bleeding after the intake of emergency pill is a side effect called withdrawal bleeding and not your periods You need to understand that emergency pills have a very high failure it and you can be pregnant despite one
