Hi dear Masturbation is actually a normal thing and there is not particular frequency of how much is right or wrong so there is nothing to feel guilty about . However if it's hindering your work then you need to take help of a counselor for therapy who will be able to help you in controlling those thoughts as such there is no medication available to treat is coz it's not a disease.
