Semen needs outlet,
Outlets are normal sex and masturbation, so after marriage it gets outlet through normal sex and masterbating habit stops without any effort
I hope it is clear
It's best for you to consult with a clinical psychologist who will help you with multiple counselling sessions and motivation. Most importantly your determination would probably play a major role in it.
Development of personal habit depends upon individual behaviour, if you want to leave addiction then decide and leave it, when you have urge then divert your mind and thought away and start doing something else
Hi dear
Masturbation is actually a normal thing and there is not particular frequency of how much is right or wrong so there is nothing to feel guilty about .
However if it's hindering your work then you need to take help of a counselor for therapy who will be able to help you in controlling those thoughts as such there is no medication available to treat is coz it's not a disease.
Kindly consult if u need any more information
Take care
