Hello, Cannabis can be a precipitating factor for anxiety and panic disorder. Worries about future misfortunes, difficulty in concentrating, restlessness, trembling, inability to relax, sweating, increased heart beat, dry mouth, etc can be present in anxiety disorder. Panic attacks in which you feel everything is going to end is present in about 25% of people having anxiety disorder. In Panic attack there is a anticipatory anxiety of having one more panic attack. The most effective treatment is probably one that combines medicine, psychotherapy and supportive approaches.
