I had an accident couple of months ago and I was treated for the necessary,after which I developed an infection due to which the implants were removed for my distal humerus fracture , after a month my fracture started to heal but without the implants ,now my hand is fully healed but I have a malunion and it effects my range of motion , is there a treatment for this

There are two main factors taht will decide your treatment now, 1 what is the present range in your joint, and 2 how much deformity the malunion has caused, dont go for surgery mindlessly, as you already have had an infection in past, another infection can be fatel for your elbow. Also X rays and clinical pictures are must.
