My voice sounds like a female. Voice doesn't come out sometimes. What could be the issues. What are the remedies available? Approx period and spending for the remedy?

You seem to be suffering from condition known as puberphonia. This is a disorder of pitch of your voice. This can be easily treated by voice therapy. Very rarely surgery is necessary
