Maintaining weight loss
I have recently lost around 18kgs in 4 months through a planned diet. Now i would like to know how can i maintain this weight.

Actual weight matches your height then you must have five meals in a day with healthy choices like milk n milk products, veg ( cabbage, brinjal, cauliflower, carrot, onion,tomatoes),salad twice in a day, pulses in alunch, salt free dinnner thrice in a week.
