I had use m2 tone syrup I am gaining my weight I am using warm lemon & zeera water at empty stomach at the morning to loss the weight does it effect mensuration cycle or it is safe

Hi This medicine is used in the treatment of irregular menstrual periods. Zeera and lemon won't have any effect on the medicine . Both are rich in antioxidants and its good for body.
