While walking is an excellent choice of exercise, to achieve a toned body you will need to include muscle building exercises as well. And for nutritional advice consult a qualified dietitian/ nutritionist only.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For tonning ur body apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening.

Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Non veg paneer egg milk and milk products soyabean dal chana and butter ghee dry fruits. Eating right on time is more important. Keep little gap between meals, avoid juck food, try to add more vegetables in each meal, exercise daily which is target exercise only for 30min
