M suffering from OCD
Intrusive thoughts are coming in my mind that m harming to others but I no I can't it's wrong m fighting with those thoughts everyday

Minor OCD is manageable but such thoughts effects the life badly as you are fighting with yourself. You should take Homoeopathic medicines which are given after thorough evaluation of the case and you would feel much better along with relief in your thought process also
