M having b12 deficiency...
My b12 levels is 109pg/ml...I have digonisied with b12 deficiency...also having neurological symptoms like slow thinking, brain fog, depression, sensation and vibration in brain nerves, heart palpitations,and seeing black images in dark,eye floaters

You can take inj cyanocobalamine ( B12 ) for your deficiency,  take alternate day I M inj for 10 doses,take b complex forte tablet, daily one for 3 months.If you are non-vegetarian, eat nonveg it will help.  Do check hb % and periphera smesr of blood.
