Lymph node tb
I have got lymph node tb detected last month. My genex report suggested TB deted low and rif non resistant. The same was followed by  histopathology and other tests. Started medicines since one month now. I was suffering from sever fever before that, the body temperature used to be 102 to 103 before I started the treatme. After one month of treatment my body temperature has reduced and fever is gone. However, the temperature still remains betwteen 98.5 to 100 degrees at times 100.1 or 100.2. Is my treatment going right as still the temperature reaches 100 at times. When the body temperature will reach a perfect level?

Looks like you are responding to the treatment. Let the second month's treatment be over before coming to any conclusion. Provided the dosage is adequate, it can take few months of treatment before the fever completely subsides.
