My lymph node is enlarged and getting right side jaw pain and ear and neck pain when i touch my lymph node ot is not getting pain.what should i do..

It may be infection of the lymph node but as your are saying there is no pain on touching the lymph node , then there might be other diagnosis like T.B.. so, please do monteux test to rule it out.

It may be lymphadenitis ,stepwise approach ,initially antibiotics, still not subsided ,and then may require evaluation
