I seem to have light swelling of lymph node on the right side of my neck. It appears to be slightly bigger in size and I am assuming it is a lymph node as it is soft pea shaped movable tissue. Left side seems to be normal. What could be the reason. Is it something to be worried about?

Any head and neck infection can cause a lymphnode in the neck.
The site size and more history is required for proper evaluation.
