Lung infection
My father had a lung injection and was admitted to the hospital for 10 days now he is recovered and came home 2 days a ago.he has also been detected with triple vessel disease. From last 2 days he is not able to swallow solid food and whenever he is trying to eat he is feeling like vomitting but nothing comes out.he is feeling something is stuck Could you please help what be done for this PFA for the discharge summary
