Hello sir, When I eat food and talk to someone at the same time, I start coughing and some food comes out of my mouth. I am now having mild chest pain, but I have no breathing problem. Has the food entered my lungs?

Get a chest x ray done , and consultant with detailed history...the kind of food u have taken,  any vigorous cough after that episode....
