Lump on the testicle
Hi Doctor,
Recently I observed that lump on my testicle. I am a bit scared now and don't know how to call that word whether it is called lump or not. But In general it is pimple size and I don't have any pain when I press it.
Could you Please clarify that will create any problem for male fertility?
