I have a lump on my tongue growing rapidly in last few days i am 18(smoked rarely,never had alcohol)my lump is only visible without a flash.It has a gap at the center which feels abit sensitive like its a layer below the surface.Hurts alittle when rubbed..Been to a dentist who checked and said it looked normal.I am really worried.I am uploading two photos of the lump with and without flash.
