Lump near anus
Hello Doctor
Two days ago a small lump (probably grape size) suddenly appeared close to my anus. It’s not painful though. In the past one month I have been doing a lot of sitting for an exam. Please advise. Thanks!

Sir if possible pls consult properly to an ayurvedic anorectal doctor...avoid sitting pls give a gap after every half an hour... avoid straining
