Hello, Kindly follow up with your general surgeon/ gastro surgeon for evaluation.  It needs to be examined in person  to evaluate.  If you have constipation,  consider a simple laxative or high fiber diet. Make sure not to itch or scratch to avoid injury,  bleed, and infection. Thankyou
