Lump like feeling at side of my neck
Feeling lump at side of my neck which is not painful. Can feel it when massaging on neck. Its on left side and below back side of ear. No pain in neck but back side of shoulder is ofen having pain. Sometime feeling pressure or pain on above ear. What it could be? Do I need to worry?
