Lump in tooth gum
Painless bump/lump like swelling in the right hand side of the upper gum above the wisdom teeth. Not so soft to touch, almost feel like the gum tissue only with pimple like growth. No sign of pus accumulation since 15- 20 days. The size has increased a bit since the first day. Colour is almost the same like that of the Gum.

Dear madam, I suggest an X ray be taken for the teeth on relation to the swelling.. and any infections etc can be easily detected. Wisdom teeth most often get problems as they are not only difficult to reach but also they are not aligned properly compared to the other teeth
