Hi
I have a lump in my breast since 1year now. It started once I stopped breast feeding. It's painful to touch, not very but slight pain. What test do i need to do?

Just get a sonogram done. On colour flow they will know whether further testing is required for cancer or non cancer. Mammogram is recommended after 40 years, no point doing it if lump is rendered non cancerous on sonogram.
Painfull lumps are usually non cancerous.
