Chiropractic adjustment will help. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Your back pain is most likely due to a disc lesion than spondylosis Take an X ray,adequate rest ,hot fomentation. If severe you may require medication.also

Hi, Consult physiotherapist. Core stability exercise Myofascial release at lower back muscles Flexibility exercise Back extensors strenghthening ex. Consult ergonomist for workplace modification because correct posture while working on computer is very important .

Half of our problems are because of working in poor posture. Work on your posture and improve the ergonomics in your workplace. Apply ice pack on the affected side for atleast 15mins twice in a day.

Lumbar spondylosis and muscle spasm are two different things.. but they could be hand in hand.. For this start with hot water formantation for 15mins.. walk for 10mins twice a day,, avoid being in one position for long,, Drink lot of water,, n visit nearest physio center for back strengthening exercises.. Lumbar spondylosis may be a over diagnosis issue in 27 years old. Cool. Low back pain is called self limiting condition, meaning it heal itself .. If there is no pain moving to legs, bladder and bowel is fine, you have more hope for healing by simple exercise like walking... If your pain is soo severe which not allow to sleep, consultant orthopedic physician to ruleout serious pathology
