  4. Lumbar spine pain. Pls guide.

Lumbar spine pain
I have this cont pain in my lower back so I got a lumbar spine and sacral mri in which it came out that some nerves are compressed btwn l4-l5 is this something that can be treated with medicine or physiotherphy. Pls guide.

If only back pain - physio will help. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
