I am 38 year old has Iam suffering from back pain L3-4 and L5-S1 discs indenting thecal sac from last one month I have problem I have consulta the doctor he has a advice me for surgery kindly suggest me any other kind of treatment

Hi It's very common problems.  Surgery is decided  only   on complaints  if you have severe pain  tingling  numbness   then you think abt  surgery.  Other wise you  can take  some secession of physiotherapy and do some exercise for your spine I hope  you will be alright.
