Lumbar Back Pain
I had an accident 2 months back and had a hair line fracture. Did a physio for 5 seating and continuing suggested exercises.
But there is still pain and catch in the lower back. Lumbar area

As I can understand u got hair line fracture over ur spine ....well this iz not possible ... secoundly symptomatic beck pain would take 4-7 days to go.
