Due to hard stool passing, the pressure with which you pass stool increase and that's why there is a lump like that. Add more fibre to your diet like bananas, ragi, green leafy vegetables etc. Make sure to add these in every meal. Drink more water along with it. Consult a surgeon for the lump at present.

Seitz bath Sit in bath tub filled with hot to warm water add betadine solution 5ml two.times for 7to ten.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Oz tab two times a day after food for five days.
Defcort 500 two times a day after food for 3 wee for that mass to shrink.
Anovate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times at least for 2weeks
