Abdomen is such an part of the body that nothing follows any rules and regulations when it comes to symptoms and disease. So it is better that you should have a consultation with a General Surgeon in your area who can examine you physically.
Or at least get a Sonography done so that the Doctor from whom you are seeking on line consulation has some idea about what he is dealing with.

For now take tab gelusil and pan 40.
