Lower spine l4and l5 disturbed
My father is suffering with severe lower spine ache ,after couple of scans and x ray ,doctor said that he has to undergo with surgery as his l4and l5 are little disturbed and gap is increased when he is trying to get from sitting position, the bones are touching each other with which the pain is very high ,frankly my father is very scared of surgeries,pls some one suggest one good solution for this. Actually for more context he is a civil engineer where he has to travel every day on an average of 100-200km, currently he is in bed rest from 2months . Looking for very good solution without any surgery. Thanks in advance
