Pain in lower vertebrae of spine
Hi ..In my lower vertebrae of spine...I have pain when pressed at a particular point. It feels as if there is some injury pain. I got 1 mnt back massage done and when pressed at that point...It hurt but felt food while massaging. Now it is hurting a little more and even more while pressing that particular point. I dont have any mobility issues or problem bending etc

It is probably a mechanical low backache
Please do stretching spinal extension exercise and if persists do a practo consult to rule out xlspondylitisor sacroiliitis
