Pain in spine,lower back
I got c section 8 month back And  2 yr before .. I'm nursing mother...I m  having severe pain in spine and back.. unable to stand for long.. if I bend I get sharp pain in spine and  Lower back.. I'm alone having pain in nerve and muscle of arm.. I have thryoid and I'm taking thyrom 25 mg..i m also calcium tablet daily...my previous reports

Need proper nursing position to baby. Avoid bending and sitting on ground. Regular walk. Sos painkillers.
