Hello, I did some over the top exercises with my arms a few days ago where it involved me swinging them back and forth, which has now resulted with a stretched sort of painful feeling in my bottom right lower stomach area, whenever I sit down or get into a bad position, it kind of "kinks" in a way or is very uncomfortable, like its really stretched
