How long back were your braces removed? Does your entire lower jaw look shifted or just teeth or entire face ? And when did you notice it...would need to know these things to give any advice..ideally you should go to your orthodontist and consult
Next Steps
Pls consult with your treating doctor before taking any further step as they know your history best. If thats not possible try to send a picture of your face in resting position and teeth in biting position

Yes, your alignment is getting derranged, may be there is no proper retention treatment illustrated to you or either proper post care instructions were not followed or given due to which there are chances of failure as well reappearance of malocclusion again.
Next Steps
To avoid this condition visit a dentist and go ahead with aligners or retention treatment. All the best
Health Tips
Visit  dentist asap. Else the amount you invested in your orthodontic treatment may go wasted  due to incomplete treatment, though orthodontic treatments does not give you 100% assurance of aesthetic correction in certain cases but for your present condition you can almost achieve a good results.
