Lower hip back pain near right buttocks
I have lower hip back pain near right side buttocks. 6 months back i had a same pain on left side buttocks and took MRI scan and the reports are provided below, Now i couldn't able to walk, sleep or stand normally because of causing pain every second and it happen 4 days back. Observation on MRI - LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE WITH WHOLE SPINE SCEEENING: Diffuse disc bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc levels seen causing spinal canal and bilateral neural foramen narrowing; no nerve root compression at present MRI REPORT - BONY PELVIS: Impression: Articular surfaces erosions seen in bilateral sacro-iliac joints(L>R). Subchondral marrow edema seen on left side.

Require proper assessment as canal stenosis is a treatable condition. Need to know if ur quality of life is affected? How much can u walk etc
