Lower back with pain down to  right leg
Hi, I have a lower back pain around the curvy area of the spine with severe pain . This pain often shoots down to right leg, this becomes more intensified when bent forward, so I consulted a doctor with this compliant, X-ray was taken for LS spine around L4,L5 and I have been told everything seems normal o just need change my posture and sitting habits, after 10 days also I see the pain is increasing with each day. Can you please suggest any course of action, also can I proactively use lower back brace.

If the pain is persisting then you should get an MRI done.
