Avoid forward bending. Avoid lifting of heavy weights. Do not sit in one posture for long periods. Don't use soft mattresses. Physiotherapy modalities will help. Get clinically examined by some orthopaedician or spine surgeon to decide appropriate line of treatment.
There s a saying “we have to treat you , not your MRI”.
MRI is a sensitive test giving multiple informations. These should be correlated to your clinical signs and symptoms to find whether these are really creating problems or just incidental.
