Lower back stiff in the early morning
Lower back stiff after waking up from bed..bending towards right side.after hot shower..and walking slowly it will back to right posture slowly. From past 3 years iam experience this issue frequently Please do suggest the best ThAnk you

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.( back and lower limbs). --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Have you changed your mattress. In these 3 years. Physiotherapy ? What work you do? Any history of weight lifting ? Only back pain ?  Or does that pain travel to you leg from your low back? Pain in low back centre or side ways? How much your able to walk? Sit ? Bend ? Please answer above questions and connect with me for further  assistance .

Needs proper posture and exercises on regular basis. Avoid forward bending and check mattress. If issue persists consult.
