Suffering from chronic pain for min 10 yrs with varying degree from time to time.Is also hypertensive & under medication.76 yrs old lady without any support & living under the care of relatives.

you are suffering from spondylitis and might be having osteoporosis ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated , it requires bracing and calcium supplements, anti osteoporosis drug therapy
