Sad that you have pain in such a young age.
Well you’re having severe back pain can because of many reasons and need proper examination
I would suggest
1. Not to stand for long time and if you have to stand than take rest that is lay down for 5 10 min in between every 30 min
2. Do back extension exercise ( search McKenzie back extension exercise on google)
3. Avoid heavy weight lifting for 2 weeks
4. Avoid bending forward ( back flexion)
5. Hot water fomentation for 15 min 3 times a day
6. Apply local ointment like volini at painful area
Try this for week if you are getting improvement than continue for next 3 week also
If not than consult local Physiotherapist
Thank you
Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
The pain can be due to soft tissue injury (due to wear & tear of back muscles), it can also be due to bad posture.
Further evaluation and diagnostics are required to rule out disc involvement.
Next Steps
Visit an orthopaedic to get examined & for diagnostics prescription as you’ve complained SEVERE pain.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights.
Use hot compress over the pain area in combination with a topical analgesic ointment.
Try avoiding long duration sitting & avoid any strenuous activities.
Do not bend forward & avoid twisting movements at waist level.
since your pain is severe, it is better to get an orthopedist's opinion and go with some investigations. it is the lower back.... we cannot risk anything.
complete bed rest with icing every 2 hrs once in the pain area will give you temporary relief of pain.
