Lower back pain
I have lower back pain since a week Sometimes it pains more sometimes less. What shall I do to reduce pain

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

First of all follow postural ergonomics. Start strengthening of back muscles under the guidance of Physiotherapist and simultaneously get rid of pain.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
