Lower back pain
I have been suffering a lower back pain in left side and sometimes in the body line.I can't stand can't sit properly can't lay on bed.it's takeing 15 minutes for adjustment.it's bending.some pain in hitting the waist bone.please help me.

Any history of trauma or lifting heavy weight? Does the pain go down the legs?
