Lower back pain
I have back pain last 15 days. I am suffering lot of pain. I do MRI and in the report (1)small posterior annular tear is seen at L1-L2, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels.(2) Diffuse disc bulge is seen at L1-L2, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels with mild identation over thecal sac and mild compression over adjoining bilateral descending nerve roots. Please suggest me what I do.

At this level you should take good supervised program of back exercises with a physiotherapist. It shall take time for the pain to go down. Also take medicines well. Follow all the instructions well as mentioned by the physiotherapist.
