  4. Lower back pain. To resolve this issue?

Lower back pain
I got sudden catch in my back and acute pain in lower back thereafter. I was not able to stand still so went for x ray and mri. please anybody have a look and let me know what is the easy way to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance Kumar
