Hello, I would suggest along with all the auxiliary measures advised please get a lumbar X ray at the earliest.Along with preventive measures you also need medication for the damage already done. Few causes for lumbar pain could be spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, osteopenia.Though these are medical terms they suggest overgrowth, overriding or decrease bone density respectively. Also if there is a nerve involvement meaning in case of tingling of lower limbs...it could suggest sciatica. Hence Homoeopathic treatment can be aimed at the exact cause by diagnosing the complaint and eradicating its symptoms and uprooting it completely. Also recurrences can be prevented. Thanks and regards.

Hi.... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain. Use proper body mechanics: Stand smart. Maintain a neutral pelvic position. If you must stand for long periods, place one foot on a low footstool to take some of the load off your lower back. Alternate feet. Good posture can reduce the stress on back muscles. Sit smart. Choose a seat with good lower back support, armrests and a swivel base. Consider placing a pillow or rolled towel in the small of your back to maintain its normal curve. Keep your knees and hips level. Change your position frequently, at least every half-hour.
