Lower Back pain
I am a continuous lifter in gym. I have lower back pain(just above hips in the centre and no where else). Its like sensation and it arises when i bend down. Its since 1 month. And i went to physio, she did ultrasonic, vibrator, heat for 2 days and matrix therapy for 1 day. But nothing happened. She was doing trial error. Pain is constant(may be decreasing but not healing so that i can join gym again. Now i am confused where to go to physio, ortho or neuro? And the pain arised suddenly after i woke up. Amd since then its there.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It seems like a muscular strain resulting in to some movement impairment owing to poor mechanics. Consult a physiotherapist who can assess with biomechanical approach. Thereafter corrective exercises will solve this issue.
Next Steps
Don't ignore this as it can become chronic which will hamper your gym schedule.
